Welcome to the Fluotracking website. The purpose of this page is to guide you in using the site, help you navigate, understand its features, and easily access information, whatever your user profile.
1. Website structure
The website is organized into several areas:
- Header: includes the Fluotracking logo, the main menu, a search bar, and quick access links (sign in, cart).
- Main content: depending on the page, you will find product pages, informational articles, ordering forms, or contact forms.
- Footer: contains links to the legal notice, the accessibility page, the sitemap, the privacy policy, and contact information.
2. Navigation instructions
- The main menu provides access to sections such as UV dyes, tracing dyes, UV lamps, pipe plugs, smoke generators, and leak detection kits.
- Sub-menus open on hover or via keyboard tabbing.
- A search bar is available at the top center of the page.
- Results are paginated, allowing smooth navigation between pages.
- On product pages, you can sort items by relevance, price, or name.
3. Accessibility support
- You can increase text size using your browser (Ctrl + + on Windows, Cmd + + on Mac).
- Contrast complies with RGAA; you can also enable dark mode using your OS or browser tools.
- The site is fully keyboard-navigable using Tab, Enter to activate, and Shift + Tab to move back.
- Form fields are labeled for screen readers.
- No AccessKey keyboard shortcuts are enabled at this time.
4. Reading content
- Pages use a structured heading hierarchy (H1, H2, H3) to make navigation easier with screen readers.
- Meaningful images include descriptive alternative text.
- Purely decorative images are being optimized so they can be ignored by assistive technologies.
- Downloadable documents are rarely used. If needed, a link to a PDF reading tool will be provided.
5. Media and interactive content
- There are currently no videos or synchronized media on the website.
- Carousels (if present) can be operated using the keyboard.
- Action buttons (add to cart, order, submit) are accessible via keyboard and screen reader.
